Companies should be conscious of their environmental, health and safety responsibilities and ideally compliant to independently verifiable systems such as ISO 14001 /OHSAS 18001 / EMAS (Eco-Management & Audit Scheme).

Our goal is to work with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our expectations. Our approach is to support companies who are willing to embrace our values.

The evaluation process is a challenge given the size of Actavis and number of supplier relationships so it is being implemented on a phased basis initially reviewing key suppliers by questionnaire.
